How it works
- Drop in your trip. Upload your flyer or a PDF itinerary, paste a link to your trip page, paste the text, or type the details in.
- Check the details. The tool reads the trip name, place, dates, prices, payment plan and highlights. Fix anything it got wrong and add your photos or logo.
- Make it yours. Watch the video play right away. Change the style, font and colors, choose what to show, and pick the last line.
- Get the file. Enter your email. The video is ready in a few minutes, and the link lets you save it to your phone, copy a caption and get other sizes.
What makes a trip promo video work
People decide in a second or two whether to keep watching, and many watch with the sound off. A trip video that fills spots answers the questions people would otherwise DM you about, in the order they ask them.
- Lead with the place and the dates. “Tulum, March 12 to 17” in big type does more to stop the scroll than your logo or the trip's name.
- One idea per scene. A highlight, then the next. Short cuts hold attention; a slide with five bullet points loses it.
- Show the price as a payment plan. “$300 today, then 6 payments of $425” feels within reach in a way “$2,850” doesn't.
- End on where to book. Your booking link, or “DM to book” if you take bookings by message. Then put the same link in your bio and the caption.
Which size to post where
You get the Reel first. From your video's page you can make the other sizes, a still post and Story, and a printable flyer with a QR code, without starting over.
- Reel (9:16)
- Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts
- Feed (4:5)
- Instagram and Facebook feed posts
- Square (1:1)
- Facebook groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
- Wide (16:9)
- YouTube, your website, Facebook events
- Post image
- A still post for the feed or a group chat
- Story image
- A still Story that stays up while people decide
- Printable flyer
- Bulletin boards, studios and front desks, with a QR code to book
After you post
- Pin the Reel to the top of your profile while the trip is open.
- Post the Story image the same day, with a link sticker to your booking page.
- Send the video to the people who already said “maybe”. It's an easy reason to follow up.
- Make a new video when something changes: a price goes up, a room sells out, or only a few spots are left.
