Guests open one link, choose their package, pay a deposit and are charged the remaining instalments automatically. You see who has booked, who has paid and who is behind from one dashboard, without chasing anyone.

Yes. Set each room or bed up as a package priced to cover what you paid, take a deposit at booking and schedule the instalments to land before your own card statement or the villa's final payment. Guests book their room and are charged on schedule, so you are reimbursed on a timeline instead of chasing people on Venmo.

Yes. You set the deposit and the instalment dates once. Each guest's card is charged automatically on those dates, with an email reminder a few days before. Guests who need more time can also use Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay at checkout; they spread the cost and you are paid in full.

Nothing. SquadTrip is free for the couple. Guests pay a single 6% processing fee on top of the package price at checkout, which includes Stripe's card processing, so an $1,800 room costs the guest $1,908 and pays you $1,800. Funds go straight to your own Stripe account; SquadTrip never holds your money.

Keep it. Your wedding website is for the story, the registry and the RSVP to the ceremony. Put a 'Book your travel' button on it that opens your SquadTrip booking page, so guests never have to ask where to pay.

Flight details, dietary preferences, plus-one names, room preference and any custom field you need, all collected during checkout and exportable as a CSV for the resort's rooming list.
