Pro Dance Xperience takes dancers on trips most studios would never plan on their own: parades at Disneyland and Disney World, and holiday performances in New York City. Studios bring their dancers and families. Pro Dance Xperience handles the rest.
Studio owners are often overwhelmed with everything on their plate. Pro Dance Xperience provides amazing opportunities without the hassle of planning and collecting payments.

Built on SquadTrip from day one
Pro Dance Xperience is a young company, so there was no old system to replace. Cristina chose SquadTrip before the first trip.
This is a new company, so we started using SquadTrip right away. We knew we needed something streamlined to keep track of everything.
One event for each studio
Most trips bring several studios together. Cristina builds the trip once, then duplicates it for each studio that joins. Every studio gets its own registration page, and she can see who has registered and paid, studio by studio.
We set up different events for each studio, essentially duplicating the events to keep everything organized.

Families choose how they pay
Some families pay in full when they register. Others choose a payment plan, and SquadTrip charges their card automatically on each due date.
I love that everyone can set up their own payment plan. It varies. Some people set up plans and some pay in full.
The proudest moment so far
In July 2026, Pro Dance Xperience brought dancers and families from 8 studios to perform in a Disney World parade.
I’m most proud of our first Disney World parade that happened in July. It was a big trip with 8 different studios, and I’m really proud that we were able to put together such a memorable experience for families and dancers across the country.
